Hip Flexor Stretch Trunk Rotation Kneeling

Description:

Start in an upright kneeling position. Take a long lunge forward with the symptomatic leg behind you. Make sure to keep your hips even and facing forward. With your back straight and chest up slowly begin to lift both arms straight up towards the sky. Begin to rotate your body towards your front leg as you raise your arms overhead. Hold for the recommended amount of time then rotate back to center and repeat.
