Description:

Begin kneeling on the ground with the ball dome-side down on the floor. Place your hands shoulder-width apart on the flat part of the BOSU ball. Come into a plank position with your hands on either side of the ball’s rim. Make sure your hands are directly beneath your shoulders and that your hips stay lifted with your back straight. Hold this position for the recommended amount of time and repeat as recommended.
